Holly Baking Wins Prestigious sofi™ Award from the Specialty Food Association
Rohnert Park, CA (June 3rd, 2016) – Cinnamon Spice Cookie Brittle from Holly Baking has been named a winner for Outstanding Cookie in the Specialty Food Association’s 2016 sofi™ Award competition. “sofi” stands for Specialty Outstanding Food Innovation and represents the best of the best from members of the Specialty Food Association.
A sofi™ is the top honor in the $120.5 billion specialty food industry. Holly Baking’s Cinnamon Spice Cookie Brittle was selected by a national panel of food experts from more than 3,200 entries. Every eligible entry is carefully assessed by passionate and knowledgeable food professionals including chefs, culinary experts, academics, food writers, and category buyers.
